We offer a range of Fitness Classes:
Just for the adults:

For the adults with babies in the water:

Parent & Baby Aqua (PABA)-Yoga (Gentle class for parents with babies 6 weeks to 6 months)

Parent & Baby Aqua (PABA)-Fit (More active class or the parents who want to bring their baby 4/5 months up along while they work out)
Classes are run in small groups up to a maximum 6 (parent & child) or 8 (just adults) and are £8 per class for parent and baby (30 mins) or £9.50 a class for all other aqua classes (45 mins).
Whether you want to improve your general fitness, start to get active, help with your general mobility or just get out of the house to meet new people, we have a class for you. All are guaranteed to be fun and friendly and our small, intimate class sizes mean you will never be struggling for space to move in the pool.

Aquanatal Yoga
Yoga based stretching, relaxation and breathing exercises beneficial to both mother and baby. Designed to facilitate a more comfortable pregnancy, birth experience and postnatal recovery.
Accredited by Birthlight. Small group sessions, suitable for both pre and postnatal ladies.
Suitable from 14 weeks gestation. Please note this class is not advised if you have any bleeding in your pregnancy or placenta previa. If in any doubt please consult your medical professional before booking.
Parent and Baby Aqua (PABA) -Yoga
Developed by the World Wide ‘Aquababies Global’, this is a 30 minute aqua-yoga based class for parent and baby which is delivered in a small class environment designed to help you enjoy the benefits of postnatal stretching while bonding with your baby:

Strengthen your connection with your baby while you stretch and move together

Incorporate baby swimming techniques and yoga-style stretches for a holistic workout

Improve water safety and boost confidence for your little one
Babies should be between 6 weeks and around 6 months. Once they are on the move you may want to consider PABA Fit instead!
Parent and Baby Aqua (PABA) - Fit
Developed by the World Wide ‘Aquababies Global’, this is a 30 minute aqua-based work out program for parent and child which is delivered in a small class environment.
It is designed to improve parents’ fitness with babies held close in the water. The program is comprised of a series of moderately paced, low impact and fat-burning aqua aerobic exercises and includes nursery rhymes that will keep your little ones entertained while you undertake a gentle workout.
The programme has been endorsed by YMCA and EMDUK, the UK Exercise Music Governing Bodies.
Babies should be 4-5 months + or able to comfortable hold up their own head. No upper limit as long as your arms can still lift them!
Aquafit
Join us for a full water aerobic workout suitable for all ages and abilities!
Aqua aerobic exercise gives you a good all round cardiovascular workout, gently increasing your pulse and breathing rate, so is also great for helping to improve your heart health;

It strengthens and tones – the resistance of the water means that you are working lots of different muscles as you move.

It improves flexibility - while the support of the water means it is low impact, greatly reducing the risk of muscle and joint injuries.

It’s a great stress reliever! – Workouts are fun and designed to lift your mood and improve your general wellbeing. It also is great for aiding good sleep!
Aqua-Yoga
Suitable for all ages and abilities!
This class is a gentle yoga based stretching, breathing and relaxation class.

It can help create better posture, increased energy and cardiovascular function

The buoyancy of the water with low-impact exercises can help relieve tight muscles and joints to improve day to day mobility and flexibility.

Focussing on breathing and movement in the warm water can help you feel calm and relaxed and can help with general wellbeing and good sleep.
