Aquanatal Yoga is a series of Yoga based stretching, relaxation and breathing exercises beneficial to both mother and baby. It is designed to facilitate a more comfortable pregnancy, birth experience and postnatal recovery.

The classes are designed and accredited by Birthlight, a UK based charitable trust that is dedicated to promoting a sensitive approach to pregnancy, birth and babies through innovative applications of yoga and practical teachings from many cultures around the world.

Promoting parents’ and babies’ happy interactions is an important way of contributing to the optimal development of children and enhancing the bonding relationships that are formed at this time.'

31-32 degrees

Do I have to be pregnant to attend?

No any ladies can attend but it is focused around pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
